[ Of course she does. Selina rolls her eyes and, honestly, it wouldn't surprise her if Bryce caught that as well, but she's quick to comply. She's all about self-preservation, you don't have to tell her to make a run for it, she's already on her way out the door -- after taking a moment to jam her steel-toed boot into the ribs of a thug just regaining consciousness.
She can already hear the sirens as they make their exit out the back door and Selina grabs hold of Bryce's hand, pulling her the opposite direction of the sound as they run through the alleyway. ]
[ Bryce does have the sense to know when to follow someone else's lead. At least in this precise moment, she does. She might be good at disappearing, but Selina's been doing it longer.
Maybe she shouldn't find that bossy, graceful, wrong-side-of-the-law thing as hot as she does, but what can you do? ]
[ Selina's been been doing it longer and is specifically set up for doing business in Diamond District. She knows all the hidden pathways, all the hidey-holes, and she knows exactly where to run to and it's close by.
She leads Bryce to an opening in a chain link fence wrapped around an old warehouse and through the a back entrance where the workers would pop out to grab a smoke. The place is long abandoned and there's no electricity, but there's an office just at the end of the hallway with massive windows and with the blinds pulled open, there's just enough of a reflection from the street lights to illuminate the room enough for them to make each other out in the dark.
Selina takes a seat at the edge of an old desk, still catching her breath from the run over. ]
[ Selina draws back the hood on her jacket and tugs down the zipper, reaching into the inner pocket to grab the phone. She waves it in front of Bryce, then tosses it in her direction. ]
[ Bryce catches the phone out of the air and gives her a resigned look. It'd be easier to convince a brick wall that Gordon is a worthwhile ally than Selina, most days. ]
Contacts for whoever's been giving them marching orders, is my guess. I'll look into it.
[ That's one she'll never truly be sold on. Selina takes a moment to run her fingers through her hair, shaking it out at the roots. Loosen up that hoodie-head. ]
Had to make sure you weren't going to do anything stupid.
[ Right. She shrugs her shoulders, nonchalant, and then just a hint of a smile. She actually enjoys these little team-ups of theirs. ]
[ Well, she probably would have settled for a couple of those muffins Alfred makes, but she's certainly not complaining about the kiss. Selina's hands drop, catching hold of Bryce's shoulders as she draws her in closer to deepen the kiss. She leans into it, arms looping loosely around her neck, and she pulls away with just the slightest bit of a smile on her face. ]
We really should do this more often...
[ The kissing part, the punching bad guys part, running through dark alleys together -- any of them. All of them. ]

This way.
[ These alleys? They're what Selina knows best. ]

Y-You get anything useful?

I think so. I'll have to follow up with Captain Gordon, but in the meantime--
[ She holds out a hand. ] Got that phone?

But you're welcome.

I owe you one.
[ Can she maybe pay her back with a kiss?
Which is to say: Bryce, feeling equal parts keyed up on danger and grateful to Selina, leans in to give her a kiss. ]
